A narcomanta seen in the municipality of Coatzacoalcos, in Veracruz, accuses members of the Jalisco Cartel Nueva Generación (CJNG) of being responsible for the massacre at a family party in Minatitlán. The canvases that the authorities removed on Wednesday were placed on the bridge located on Unit Avenue.
In the message, they point to the former investigator of the Attorney General's Office, José Roberto Sánchez Cortés, alias "El 80; Tomás Alvarado, alias "El Lagarto", and Adrián Fernández, alias "El Pelón".The message describes them as "murderers of children, women and the elderly". He adds that they are "unscrupulous subjects responsible for ordering killings in Minatitlán ...".
The weekend attack left 14 dead, including a one-year-old minor and five women. The photo of the little one appears in the narcomanta. The attackers, supposedly, were after the transsexual Julio César N., known as "La Becky", for not paying a toll.
Apparently, "La Becky" was laundering money for the Los Zetas Cartel, but she planned to join the CJNG.
It should be noted that the cartel led by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias "El Mencho", denies responsibility for the massacre and points to the members of the Vieja and Nueva Escuela Los Zetas yand the CDN Cartel del Noreste as responsible.
Through a statement, the CJNG pointed to El Cursi, El Kenahy, El Pana, El Mamito as the perpetrators of the crime.
All are guilty by association.

Cursi’s cell operates from Coatzacoalcos to Minatitlan and does everything from narcomenudo, extortion, kidnapping, to car robbery. Cursi is a long-time Zeta with an arrest in 2011 for dealing crystal in Veracruz.
