Tlalnepantla, Mexico - In a video it was recorded
how the former police officer, Carlos Santos, of the Municipality of
Tlalnepantla, received money for alleged acts of corruption.
In the clip, which can be seen on REFORMA, recorded in local government facilities and in
it, it is revealed when the so-called "Cardinal Command" receives
bundles of bills rolled in paper.
Inside an elevator, Santos receives the bundles and
immediately stores them in a zippered case.
"Here they send you the payment, boss," he
tells him who gives it to the former commander, who immediately asked how much
money he was receiving and who had sent it to him.
In the video you can see how Santos counts 500 and
200 pesos bills, he nods and asks to be called.
He then exits from the elevator
and goes to an area where there were additional policemen.
Santos was assigned to Tlalnepantla, from
Nezahualcóyotl. [Mexico State]
This afternoon he was fired after it was revealed he
was requesting money from other officers, as well as alleged leaders of illegal
acts in the municipality, according to internal sources.
You know Mexico is screwed when the criminals are catching the police commit crimes lmfao
ReplyDelete10:24 if "mexico" had not caught this motherfacker you would not be happy either...
Delete--Because you are one pinchi pendejo... ALV PUTO!
Lol
DeleteThe dude who did the filming is toast for sure! The cops and the the don who provided the funds will whack this bloke for sure.
DeleteAnd that’s what a happy Mexican looks like. Positive attitude. And that winning smile. Yeah, that’s a cartel recruiters wet dream right there. This is definitely going to open some doors for him in the underworld. I’m sure someone’s just waiting to welcome him into the fold. I pity the person that filmed him. Because I’m more than sure there’s going to be payback for that. - Sol Prendido
ReplyDeleteYes...there will be retribution.....very painful retribution. Could not think of a worse place to be a confirmed snitch than Mexico. Pretty dumb to be discussing, and distributing illicit gains in the cop shop. Just shows how common and accepted corruption is.
DeleteHow common and acceptable corruption is? Its everywhere.
DeleteCorruption has its tentacles in all sectors of society.
11:42 La Hermandad Policiaca will illustrate you, this motherfacker has made the grade, he is in for promotions and assignments because he is not a pinche culero miedo so.
DeleteCorruption there like everywhere else comes from the top rolling down like the wettest soggy shit sticking to your shoes.
--Hey, AMLO can't be everywhere, but people are planning to bring pejelagartos to clean the Great Lakes and Rivers of Asian Carp, they got faith on El Peje.
@12.00pm. This isn't about snitching. It's about cam footage being leaked for very different reasons, or stings set up by middlemen to expose the police. If this was a sting that worked the dude is safe, if it was leaked then he won't be held responsible. If he was a genuine ''snitch'' how do you think this video went public?
DeleteI think State & Municipal Police Depts all over Mexico should stop working as hired thugs for cartels that live off bribes and band together and form their own DTO. 'Los Cerdos'. They'd be unstoppable.
ReplyDeleteI mean, it's pretty clear their talents & interests have all to do with petty crime and nothing with law enforcement so, hey, why not make it official? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Next time I cross through Nuevo Laredo I’m going to have a go pro recording.
ReplyDelete11:36 if you have to go, go, but carry Vaseline because if they catch you they may try to stick it up your ass.
DeleteI would not go to Tamaulipas if they put Chivis for me there with high heels on a silver tray.
That did not look like a lot of pesos. $750usd max.
ReplyDeleteIts better than what they get paid.
DeleteIts still doesn't make it right.
12:16 If he buys himself a doctorate in criminal justice he will get a better job by tomarrah, EPN and Osorio Chon got places with their papers bought in La Merced.
DeleteOnce the rivals sees this tape, this guy is a dead man.
ReplyDeleteChapo snitched
ReplyDeletecops extorting cops...only in Mexico
ReplyDeleteAmerica too.
Delete@11.27. You are talking about an entire country, but you don't even understand the difference between bribery and extortion.
DeleteSo this was a shabby "sting"? If he'd gone right up to his bosses and reported what had happened this video would still be out there. This has been done so many times- make sure you catch them in the lift so they are wary, and they will always take the money no matter what their intentions are because they are told to take it THEN report it. This could have been the best cop in Mexico and he would be following orders by taking the money. He may well have been corrupt, but these stings are such bullshit.
