Sol Prendido Borderland Beat from VXT
TAMAULIPAS.- Presumed members of the Northeastern Cartel stripped and painted seven people: six men and one woman, as the characters of “Avengers” in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.
After the alleged criminals painted their victims as the super heroes Spider Man, Iron Man, Captain Marvel and Black Panther, they forced them to walk down Guerrero Avenue, near the Centro Histórico.
This is the third time that the Northeast Cartel has painted and exhibited people in Nuevo Laredo. In February a man appeared with a narco message written on his body, said Imagen Noticias.
The portal Vox Populi reported that those who saw these people painted as the "Avengers" said that "they probably role played scenes from the end of the movie 'Avengers: Endgame', to those who had not yet seen it." Not knowing that it was an alleged stunt of the Northeast Cartel.
Less harmful and even comical compared to CJNG.

ReplyDeleteAnd to think that as a kid my cousins and I would walk daily on Guerrero street while on summer vacation. A peaceful and vibrant city with merchants and shoppers. Added with the weekly lucha arena shows that were entertaining.

Grandfather's house is still there with durazno trees,Granada trees and limon trees.
One good thing is that these victims were not killed.

DeleteIts been close to 18 years since last visited. Due to the violence and extortion. Safety was a concern for family and I to go visit. My son never knew my grandfather's home nor his uncle's, aunts and lil cousins that reside there. Family reunions with my cousins were arraigned at corpus last year. Finally the opportunity for wife to meet them. A very memorable moment to have acquainted ourselves since the age of 15. Education, work, usually puts other matters of importance aside.
Hopefully one day this border state like others can begin to see tranquility.
