"El Chuky" and 4 CJNG Members Arrested After 3 Searches in CDMX

     Five members of the Jalisco Cartel were detained in the CDMX after searching three houses

The Mexican government dealt a heavy blow to the Jalisco Nueva Generación cartel (CJNG) led by Nemesio Oseguera "El Mencho", by arresting Aldo Jesús Azcona Corté s alias "El Enano" or "El Chuky" in Mexico City , chief of the criminal group in the capital of the country, ie the Jefe de Plaza.

Among the detainees is Aldo Jesús, "El Enano" and /or "El Chuky", identified as the leader of the criminal group in the capital of the country and one of the main generators of violence in the eastern area of ​​CDMX and Edomex, according to federal authorities.

The Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC) and the Army captured in the Venustiano Carranza area five alleged members of the New Generation Jalisco Cartel (CJNG), plus Aldo Jesús Azcona Cortés, "El Chuky", leader of the organization in the City from Mexico. 

The Federal Forces also detained César Gen Ordóñez "El Bola" and/or "El Gordo", Julio César Pérez Cante and Jhon Kevin Marín Echeverry, the latter of Colombian nationality and with a red card from Interpol, as he is wanted in Spain by drug trafficking crimes.

In the operation were elements of the National Defense  Secretariat (Sedena), the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC), and the FGR.

Aldo Jesus Azcona Cortés, "El Enano"and/ "El Chuky", according to the information of the AIC, was in charge of coordinating the purchase, sale and distribution of narcotics, as well as arms trafficking in the State of Mexico, ie Jefe de Plaza. 

According to the authorities, "El Chuky" planned to expand his operations in the interior of Mexico City through alliances with local groups and counts several cells of assassins at his service to carry out violent actions against antagonistic groups.

According to the Public Prosecutor's Office, it was this criminal cell that allied with the Anti-Union Force, directed by Jorge "F", alias "El Tortas", to expand its operations in the Valley of Mexico and fight the market to La Unión Tepito, both in drug dealing, as extortion and collection of floor in restaurants.

It is said that this will also strengthen the operational structure in Manzanillo, Colima by sending a group of assassins there. He was also responsible for cooperation with the authorities there for the construction of an institutional protection network.

In the building where he was located was found about a kilogram of cocaine, approximately 500 grams of crystal meth,  various doses of marijuana, a scale and a 9-caliber handgun.

In a second search, in a building of the Colonia Moctezuma Seccion 1, the authorities took two persons into custody; one identified as Julio César "N" and Jhon Kevin "N", the latter of Colombian nationality and who has a red card issued by INTERPOL; and a  petition on behalf of Spain, for committing Crimes Against Health.

It is presumed that both subjects work for the CJNG. The place where they were detained served as a warehouse of the CJNG, according to the AIC.

At this location approximately 20 kilos of marijuana, about a pound of crystal meth , a 9-caliber firearm, accessories for weapons, various cartridges, a scale, communication equipment and identification papers in the name of Julio César "N" and Aldo Jesús "N" were secured.  They appear to be general workers/helpers of the company CNT 12, at the International Airport of Mexico City.

In a third place located in the Colonia Moctezuma Seccion 2 was detained: César "N", "El Bola" and  / or "El Gordo"; he was supposedly a trustworthy right hand man to "El Enano". In this building several doses of crystal meth, cocaine, marijuana, two gram weight scales, a long AR-15 type weapon, useful cartridges and cell phones were secured.

The Attorney General's Office of Justice pointed out that a fifth person named José Luis G was captured. All were made available to the Agent of the Public Ministry of the Federation to define their legal status.
