In Guaymas two mantas appear early Monday morning on the pedestrian bridge of La Muralla and the other on the Miramar bridge with messages addressed to the governor of the State.

Manta reads as follows:

"In Guaymas the violence doesn’t stop. And there is still going to be more while Daniel René Morales Pardini and Silvestre Armenta Ramírez, continue to take money from the Salazar’s family of Navojoa. Mrs. Governor the Justice Attorney Claudia Indira Contreras in Sonora also has links with that gang of criminal extortionists who charge taxation and kidnaps children. Here in Guaymas the biggest criminals are the municipal comptrollers and the police commissioner because they are opening territory for the Salazar's. They’re traitors because before they use to take our money from us, the true managers of this territory. They’re the religious type of double standards, creators of the misfortunes and tragedies of this city.

According to reports of people passing by at around 5:00 am on Monday, the mantas remained in place for 30 minutes before police elements removed them. There were people who shared the photos on social networks.

    The city comptroller, the police commissioner and the state's attorney are being accused of double dealing, selling the plasa to friends and their foes, for the gobernadora, because one pay is for her and the other is for them, no innocents in government.
