Michoacan: El Mencho is threatened in 6 narco mantas in Zamora

At least six narcomantas with messages against the leader of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG), Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias 'El Mencho', appeared in different parts of the municipality of Zamora, Michoacán.

One of the first mantas was found on the pedestrian bridge Avenida Francisco I. Madero Norte, at the junction of Clavel street, in the suburb of La Florida. Another one of these messages were located on the Zamora-Carapan road, at the crest of the community Canindo; while a third manta was also found on the pedestrian bridge of Virrey de Mendoza and Madero streets, of the suburb Luneta; as well as in the Libramiento Norte, at the crest of the suburb Estancia de Amezcua.

All the narcomantas contained the same messages of threats against the leader of the CJNG, alias 'El Mencho’, presumably signed by members of  Cárteles Unidos.

Manta reads as follows:

Señor Menesio Oseguera Cervantes, Lord of the Roosters, it is not enough to know how to attack others with weapons, it is necessary to know how to prevent others from attacking you.

According to the authorities of Zamora, Michoacán, one of the cameras of the Public Security Secretariat caught a man who hung a manta on the Palo Alto pedestrian bridge, located on Avenida Francisco I. Madero and the corner of Santiago street. There they found a manta hanging as well as two others on the floor.
