The woman was walking peacefully with her two children when they were intercepted by a car. Everything was recorded by a security camera.
A video captured by security cameras located in the downtown area of the capital of Puebla, Mexico, has gone viral on social networks. And has caused great impact because it portrays the insecurity that is currently experienced throughout the country.
In the video you can see a woman walking along with a girl and a boy, many perceived that it has something to do with her children, when suddenly while passing next to a car, they are intercepted by a man.
This person struggles with the woman until he manages to put her in the vehicle and also the girl. Some people tried to intervene and could only save the child.
So far the whereabouts of the woman and the girl are unknown and the authorities continue to investigate this double kidnapping.
Their are 2 kidnappers. 1 in car. 1 on foot. Targeted kidnapping.

Yes, it seems that she was a target, and not simply an unknown victim. It would be interesting to know if she or her family had anything to do with criminal elements.
