Guerrero: The confrontation in El Ocotito

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat from VXT

The confrontation between two self-defense groups for control of the El Ocotito valley left six men killed in two armed clashes that took place this day in the Central region of the state.

Official reports indicate that at 05:00 hours, the armed group of the United Front of Community Police of the state of Guerrero (FUPCEG), led by Salvador Alanís and Humberto Moreno, the latter the  cousin of the current secretary of Social Development of the state government, Mario Moreno Arcos, burst into the town of El Ocotito, municipality of Chilpancingo where the aggressive group of the Union of Peoples and Organizations of the State of Guerrero (UPOEG), led by Bruno Plácido Valerio, is based.

Immediately, there was a confrontation that lasted two hours between the two self-defense groups and left an initial balance of three members of the UPOEG assassinated, one more injured and another disappeared.

The scuffle paralyzed the town and caused terror among its society. It also caused the suspension of work and in schools, the closing of shops and the suspension of public transport that runs along the Acapulco-Chilpancingo route on the federal highway that connects the south of Guerrero with the center of the country.

Two hours later, soldiers and state police arrived at the scene focusing on clearing the scene then departed even though there were warnings of additional confrontations, this left the town  to its fate.

Subsequently, a second confrontation was recorded near 6:00 pm in the same place that left three FUPCEG dead.

So far, in the community of El Ocotito there is a tense calm and the residents denounced that the Army and the state police remain as “observers” while  the two groups face each other on the Mexico - Acapulco highway,  divided by the town of Tierra Colorada.

Seal team six members made that shot famous and people comment on it in their writings.
Like killing huarachudo woolly heads is a lot of pride, little people fail to understand the craftsmanship. I appreciate somebody has been training Mexican Melitary and police in this particularly magnetic sport, it gets the sarcasm flowing.
Why waste time offering criminals one chance to surrender?

  2. Cartel vs. Cartel
Those are not self defense groups, if they are only one is good and the other bad. One or the other....

    1. 9:31 there is no Cartel vs. Cartel when the state government sponsors and finances one side against the other even unofficially as in this case, clearly copied from colombia's AutoDefensas Unidas de Alvaro Uribe who had to put his initials on all his shit

  3. Both "combatants" got cannoed, as if they got shot while standing next to each other, that is not something AutoDefensas do, I wonder who has been training FUPCEG, the corrupt forces of Guerrero State Government sponsored AutoDefensas, they are not, better than Fuerza Coahuila or juersa Tamaulipas, puro Pinche asesino trying to steal some choice property for their cousin in state government, Guarida Nacional could have sent them to soften UPOEG and make them piss on their pants, it worked some... One more Crime of State for the bottom Line.

Just another bunch of uncivilized and restless groups of people. More like tribal wars.

  7. In civilized cultures teenagers play soccer, baseball or work part time while attending high school. In other countries they are recruited to kill other teenagers over territorial control. I don't care much when an adult takes a bullet but kids should be allowed to be kids.

Chinese corporations now own everything Africa. For some hidden owners? Bet your ass.
