DeleteFirearms are not so easily accessible to Mexico's residents. These firearms are smuggled by arms dealers from US and abroad.
War torn undeveloped countries get their arms from such. A financial gain for those arms dealers a d a crisis for those who reside.
More and more weapons 'philosophy' has never cared about anybody's personal crisis, only if you were their family they could start tinking about it.
