El Carrete alleged leader of Los Rojos apprehended

The Secretary of Public Safety and Protection reported that Santiago Mazari Hernández, alias ‘El Carrete‘, alleged leader of Los Rojos, was arrested.

The agency said that the arrest was carried out in a joint action carried out by elements of the Federal Police and Sedena in the state of Guerrero.

In his Twitter account, the governor of Morelos, Cuauhtémoc Blanco, recognized the work of the forces that participated in the arrest of ‘El Carrete’.

"This is an accurate and hard blow against organized crime that has damaged our society so much," he said.

“Our appreciation goes out to the federal security institutions that, in coordination with the Ministry of Security, succeeded in capturing Santiago“ N ”, alias‘ El Carrete '”, wrote the governor of Guerrero, Héctor Astudillo.

  8. Two major bosses in one day? I also read the El Carrete's #2 El Teniente was killed a few days ago. That's pretty crazy. Who was El 53 working for? And is there any definitive word on who El 85 works for, I had read that Mexican Security Forces had him going against CJNG in Michoacan.

    1. 4:44 his rivals set up the manta campaign, now Los Rojos are going to be fucked up, people expect the government to get from Him "EL CARRETE" leader of los Rojos the historic truth about the 43 Ayotzinapos, but forget the other historic truth of EPN that "the 43 were delivered to Guerrero Unidos" ... By iguala police... For the mayor and his wife... Bla, bla, bla...

  11. Love to see some positive news for a change, unfortunately someone worse will probably replace him and/or Los Rojos will fragment into several smaller factions which fight between themselves for control of whatever pieces of the plaza and business they now control. What a nightmare the people that live in Guerrero have to endure.

    3. 6:17 Cuauhtemoc Blanco has been accused of having ties and having been financed by Los Rojos, all I know is I hope the fascist style of former governor Graco Ramirez "el asesino" is gone for good, he supported his SSP of State of Morelos Jesus Alberto Capella for too long, he came from Tijuana where he was Julian Leyzaola's carretilla for a while, but both came from Mexico City to take over crime managing for jorge Hank Rohn, the Tijuana mayor who still wants to be governor of BC Norte.
Now Capella "runs" Quintana Roo crime and law and order, for the brother of CORRUPT politician Pedorro Joaquin Coldwell, and that means Cancun crime all over the place.

      Delete
    4. Since Jesus Alberto Capella Ibarra became SSP state of Quintana Roo, crime has skyrocketed like nobody imagined, with cartels and gangs and general anarchy that signal the plaza has been sold to all comers, in the Capella style with all the innovations of the Edgar Veytias and Arturo bermudez Zuritas of the world.
Add el Vikingo, released from prison after being sentenced for the murder of ret. general Tello who was going to replace him (el Vikingo) as secretary of security... Tello had all his bones broken while alive before he got killed, say some reporting...
El Vikingo is a former military from Coahuila, and has helpers from his home state with experience from Veracruz.

  28. I knew that last manta he put up was out of desperation like mayo's mantas last few months lol
Truth is, mayo would be dumb to help CARRETE in morelos knowing it's a michoacano and Guerrero plaza (cjng, la familia michoacana and los rojos) gente nueva and all those hyped up cds sicario cells would get eliminated quick
Last thing .ayo needs is onother war with mencho
Mayo told marro NO when marro asked for his help in guanajuato and I bet he changed his mind about helping out cholo now that cds/cholo people are getting wiped out that state.. mencho got a big chunk of michoacan this year, took guanajuato from mayo and officially got morelos plaza now
Mayo bring the old school back?
    I HIGHLY DOUBT IT

They all hide behind La Mencha's petticoats, denying their criminal relationship since Ignacio Lozoya financial operator of Nacho Coronel got whacked up in the 2005, then they got Nacho Cronel in 2010 to consolidate CJNG, but always pushing for Political Power, Aristoteles Sandoval coming in behind EPN's ass, no wonder Mencha thrived when EPN and Cienpedos were in charge, allied with giniral Oscar naranjas from Colombia who came in to teach them the business of AutoDefensas...

    1. 12:38 racism in Mexico is not the problem, the problem is all the people who have been killed, extorted, kidnapped, even murdered after their family paid the ransom, and the people who know who did it and keep silent for fear of getting caught, and the state sponsorship of all the terrorism and their complicity with foreign security corporations that also do their own share of crime while the Mierda Accords funds for war ON drugs pay their salary.
