"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
A new armed group under the command of Comandante R-10 announced a purge of kidnappers and extortionists in the State of Mexico.
A video circulates through social networks where a group of hooded and heavily armed men appear, commanded by a subject identified as Comandante 10, who announces an alleged purge of kidnappers, extortionists and thieves in the State of Mexico.
In the video, barely 51 seconds long, more than 20 hooded men with long weapons appear, launching a message where they say they will go after criminals operating in the State of Mexico, an area currently disputed between the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) and the Sinaloa Cartel, commanded by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, El Mencho and Ismael El Mayo Zambada, respectively.
After presenting, the subject lists a number of places and names, referring to the plazas that are going to be purged starting with the Mexican municipality Nicolás Romero, followed by Atizapán, Tultepec, Tlalnepantla and Tultitlán.
At this moment it is unknown the date on which the video was made, as well as its authenticity.
However, it is known that since the last months the violence in the State of Mexico has intensified amid the dispute between the rival groups of “El Mencho” and “El Mayo” Zambada, it is feared that this situation may worsen before the arrival of a new criminal group.

This message is for the State of Mexico. We are the mob of Comandante R-10. We’ve come to purge the state of kidnappers, extortionists, thieves and the government personnel who support them. We will begin in the Nicolas Romero district with that faggot David aka El David, El Reyes Roa, Mira’s mob, El Troche, and El Sareje. And in the Atizapán district: With that faggot Fernando, El Pelas, El 20, El Kevin and El Trompas. And in the Plene (Plenitud) district: La Víbora, El Choques, and the Serranos from Tenango (Tenango Del Valle). And in the Prensa Nacional district: Javier, El Cirro, Hector aka El Pollo, Ivan the Terrible, El Gordo, El Pato, and that faggot Omar. And in the Tultitlán district: El Araña, and Mario. And in the Tultepec district: El Licenciado, and that faggot kidnapper Pancho.
