In response, the head
of the State Public Security Secretariat (SSP), David Portillo Menchaca, who
was asked to file the formal complaint with ministerial authorities, and
announced that the Internal Comptroller's Office has already opened an

The man was identified
as Abel Lucena, brother-in-law of the current mayor of Eduardo Neri, who to
date is missing,
Before the accusation
of forced disappearance and search of residence against state agents, the SSP
issued a statement admitting the police action.
“In the SSP we have
knowledge of the video that circulates in social networks in which elements of
the UFE appear. We invite those affected to submit their complaint to the
Internal Comptroller’s Office that already investigates what happened, ”said
the head of the state agency, David Portillo, who in 2014 served as head of the
Federal Police in Guerrero, when on the 26 and 27 of September, 43 normalistas
of the Normal Rural de Ayotzinapa disappeared.

Lots of abuses,but how do you know this man was/is not a criminal?

ReplyDeleteMy family is from Guerrero that state is a joke a lot of cowards there in sandals that sell out for a couple dollars. Most groups there are just gangs of a cell or two that dedicate themselves to extortion and kidnapping.

In Iguala a few years back I was wanting to take some money from the atm machine near the Soriano grocery store. My companion, a native of Mexico, told me not to. He said that because the police car was parked near the front of the ATM, they where likely checking to see who would be taking out large amounts of money. And then we watched the police go into the shop behind the atm, that shared a common wall, and they walked out with what looked like a money deposit bag.,... Nothing new, just another confirmation of the way it is.
ReplyDeleteyour friend gave good advise. if you have to take out money go to a bank or small atm amts. I have only used atm once in the city of monterrey and it was enclosed atm plus I had two guys with me and I still was scared. along the border it is best to go into the US but other places tread very cautiously
