Julio César Aguilar García, aka "El Vaquero", is one of the two fatal victims of the shooting on Friday outside the pantheon of the Colonias Nuevas settlement in the Mexicali valley.

Well-known operator of the SInaloa cartel, in the municipality of San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora and the rural area of ​​Mexicali, linked to Ismael Zambada García “El Mayo”, had regained his freedom and today he was killed along with one of his name collaborators Rodolfo Antonio Galindo, aka "El Chupacabras."
