According to recently released Information, the federal government intelligence bureaucracy already have maps, names and even some addresses in Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa and three other municipalities of priority targets to dismantle divisions of organized crime.
Of the priority objectives that can be found, there are five objectives considered to be highly dangerous, whose members will have to be killed, as they are considered “too violent”.

Along with these investigations, there is also one against a human rights activist in Nuevo Laredo who has links with criminal organizations.
According to sources consulted, that activist from Nuevo Laredo delivered “good information” in the
“Operation Nuevo Laredo" is an undertaking that will be headed by the Tamaulipas government authorities with the support of Sedena, Semar and National Guard.
Even the Secretary of Public Safety and Protection, Alfonso Durazo Montaño, acknowledged last Friday, September 20 at the Civil Protection Fair that took place in
the Plancha del Zócalo of the nations capital that Nuevo Laredo is a priority in security.
