San Pedro Miahuapan, Veracruz - The corpses of 3 men were found today. Initial reports establishedthat the individuals had been bound and gagged. They had obvious traces of torture. The cadavers were located on a dirt road that leads to San Pedro Miahuapan. A manta was found next to the men. As a testament to the living it warned their enemies of the fate that awaited them for perceived affronts against society.
