Several industrial garbage bags with human remains were found this morning. The Paso del Águila neighborhood, which lies to the north west in the metrópolis of Monterrey is where the discovery was initially made. An improvised manta with red lettering was left at the crime scene. Authorities have yet to release the identities of these deceased individuals. This crime is said to belong to the Tropa del Infierno criminal cell.
