Alleged CJNG cell leader is arrested in Playas de Rosarito:
The State Attorney General's Office (FGE) , through the State Security and Investigation Guard (GESI) , arrested a priority criminal target identified as one of the main generators of violence in Playas de Rosarito, who according to the lines of investigation could be a leader of a Jalisco New Generation Cartel cell and responsible for several homicides.
The arrest warrant was completed by elements of the GESI in an operation with support from the Ministry of National Defense (Sedena) and the Municipal Public Security Directorate (DSPM) of Playas de Rosarito.
According to the lines of investigation, Jesús Alfredo 'N', alias 'El Pella', 24 years old is the leader of a cell of hitmen for Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel ( CJNG ) and is responsible for several murders.
The arrest warrant was completed by elements of the GESI in an operation with support from the Ministry of National Defense ( Sedena ) and the Municipal Public Security Directorate ( DSPM ) of Playas de Rosarito.
Jesús Alfredo 'N' , alias 'El Pella', 24 years old, whose detention was made thanks to the work of the State Research Agency of the GESI, which allowed the Public Ministry to collect sufficient elements for a Judge to grant the arrest warrant for the crimes of qualified homicide committed with advantage and qualified attempted homicide.
The facts narrate that on August 27, a report was received to the C-4 that indicated that in Ejido Primo Tapia , the Highlands, were two people injured by a firearm their bodies thrown on public roads, when the Municipal Police and Mexican Red Cross arrived, they reported that one person was without vital signs and another would be taken to the hospital for care.
After collecting the information, it was possible to determine that the victims were standing in the street that night, when a black vehicle arrived, from where “El Pella” got off and fired several times against the victims.
Likewise, it was established that the weapon used by the detainee is related to three homicides that occurred in the months of April and August in that area where he carried out his criminal operations.
Following the presence of this criminal group there has been a spiral of violence in Playas de Rosarito, it is presumed that many of these acts were ordered by the detained, "El Pella" today.
It is important to remember that recent Intelligence works located an armed group of the CJNG in the region that aimed to eliminate rival groups engaged in the sale and distribution of drugs in the Primo Tapia area .
