9 Murdered in the Last Hours in Tijuana, BC

Nine people were killed in different events during the last 24 hours in Tijuana. The number of intentional homicides in the city amounts to 2,050 victims.

The body of a woman in a state of putrefaction was located in the trunk of an abandoned vehicle on the María Díaz corner of Union Street, in front of address number 160, in the second section of the Obrera neighborhood.

Information revealed to ZETA reports that the victim was in a Volkswagen sedan, Jetta 2007, gray, with Baja California license plates. Unofficially, she is identified as 32-year-old Rubí Esmeralda López López.

Then an unidentified male between 35 and 50 years old was killed while on Nezahualcóyotl Street in the Los Altos neighborhood. According to the State Investigation Agency, the victim had 12 projectile injuries due to a firearm on the face, back and pectorals. At the crime scene there were eight 40 mm calipers, a bullet and a cap.

The lifeless bodies of a man and a woman were located inside a Mercedes Benz van, black on Guanábana street in front of number 57, in the Las Huertas subdivision 4th section. The male has not yet been identified, while the female responded to the name Guadalupe Arroyo González.

A young man, between 20 and 25 years old, was killed and his body found in a vacant lot on Santa Valeria street in the Rancho Santa Cruz neighborhood. The victim had bullet wounds in the chest and back. Another dead man was found in a Tijuana canal, see below.

A man identified as Manuel López González, 47, was killed on public roads on Avenida Paz in the Infonavit Lomas del Porvenir neighborhood. On the site a ballistic hint was found .40 mm

Inside the Internet establishment “Ciber House” located on the avenue of the Waters in the Villa del Sol III neighborhood, with at least three shots in the head Jesús Salvador Rodríguez Rosas, 40 years of age, was found.

In Vallarta street in front of the number 7 of the colony Guadalajara, an unidentified male between 35 and 40 years old was found dead. The victim presented two gunshot gunshot wounds to the head.

Finally, around 08:05 hours on Tuesday, it was reported that the body of a man with visible traces of violence was at the Tijuana River canalization, at the height of the Mexico Bridge.

In none of the cases are detained people reported.
