ReplyDeleteI don't have any first hand information so take all of this with a grain of salt, but based on what I've managed to piece together:
There is friction between M1 Mimi, M22 La Mierda (brothers) and Primito, who feels they are trying to take control of the plaza of Reynosa. Apparently Reynosa heavyweights M21 Nabor, M54 Peña and M58 Roque are on M1 and M22's side. Primito suspects that they are all secretely working with the Escorpiones. I don't know if they are fighting openly but I've read that the attack in El Charco was against M1 and M22 and not CDG from Matamoros, and that Primito is using his connections within Fuerza Tamaulipas to have them go after M1 and M22. Mono M36 (right hand of Primito) is blaming the December 4 shootout in Reynosa on M1 and M22. If the shootout was CDG vs the government, were they going after one of the brothers? Primito wants them dead or in jail.
Also, a Juan Nabor alias La Shakira was arrested on the 25th of November and they captured like 30 rifles. I've never heard M21 referred to as La Shakira and the article doesn't include a photo, but maybe it's him? It mentions that the arrested man is an associate of M1 and M22.

From what I understand M21 is one of the most important figures in Reynosa, alongside M1 and M22. Their faction achieved dominance in Reynosa after they drove out El Pezon, Boludo and M90, who had a triumvirate thing going in Reynosa with the blessing of Primito.
The source of the conflict seems to be mistrust between Pezon and M22. Pezon suspected that M22 was working with the Escorpiones. Everyone seems hates Pezon who is famous for being trigger happy and for murdering innocent people. Pezon is the cousin of C2 Junior Cortes and belonged to C2's crew until the Metros murdered C2. C2's dad is Comandante Cortes C1 who is with the Escorpiones now.
I'm not sure what's happened Boludo, Pezon or Choco. Apparently Pezon approached Negrito Gama 3 (brother of Metro 3) and the Escorpiones after hearing rumors that Choco and Boludo want to kill him for murdering El Gordo Sexy and he might have joined them. Many comandantes seem to be defecting to the Escorpiones because of the mistrust that exists within the Metros. Don't know where Boludo or M90 stand with Primito right now.
Oh and it seems to be true that Primito really has an agreement with CJNG and is awaiting people from Jalisco who will be distributed between all the comandantes come next year.
These are all rumors so tell me what you guys think/have heard and please correct me if I'm wrong. It's all very confusing.

Very good post. Metros can't be controlled, too many wannabe chiefs not enough indians. Control can try to be achieved by giving access to product that makes money, never fronting, and helping those that align themselves. Everybody likes money, especially the ones who don't have any. The comandantes in Reynosa have shown themselves to be untrustworthy, you get it if you have it. Bet the majority of the comandantes are under 42 years.

ReplyDeleteThe funny part of CJNG truce with Metros is that some high ranking comandantes of Menchos who were born in Tamaulipas used to work for TT like Roque. CJNG will betray Metros soon & they will perhaps keep Reynosa or they will split it up with Matamoros because of the friendship & love they still have for the Cardenas Family.
