A collegiate court rejected
the amparo request of the former leader of the Juarez cartel, Vicente Carrillo
Fuentes, “El Viceroy”, who challenged the decision of a District judge to have
ordered the closure of instruction in the criminal proceedings that are followed,
in order to pronounce sentence.
The decision taken by a
judge to close the instruction, led to "El Viceroy" file a complaint
before the First Unitary Court in Criminal Matters.

ReplyDeleteIn the movie traffic they alluded to the lord of the skies surviving the’botched’ surgery. What happened to the surgeons family? If they were not slaughtered then that deepens my suspicions.
