The 62-year-old Hitler is identified as responsible
for malicious killings in Sinaloa against police officers, who entered this
prison on January 6, 2020.
According to an official report, the body was found
in a bathroom in the carpentry area, was being held for the crime of
intentional homicide.
It was detailed that in the bathroom of the
carpentry workshop the body hung on a red and black rope.
At the time of death he wore a white polo shirt,
gray pants and white sneakers. He hanged himself on the latticework of the
bathroom wall.
Quintero Hernández was born on May 9, 1958, his
official address was Tijuana, Baja California.
The police report specifies that the inmate had been
released from the Tijuana prison and subsequently captured and transferred to
the Mazatlán prison for the crime of homicide supplemented by having been
committed with the qualifications of premeditation and advantage and premeditated
homicide.
The inmate who found Hitler hanging in the bathroom
of the carpentry workshop mentioned that at approximately 11:00 a.m. he went to
the bathroom, it was occupied, he returned 15 minutes later. and again it was
occupied, so he looked from the top since there is no ceiling in the bathroom,
and that was when he discovered the body.
Rito Quintero was a member of the security team of
Ramón Arellano, who was executed in February 2002 during the carnival in Mazatlán,
Sinaloa.

TIJUANA.- Elements of
the State Security and Intelligence Guard (GESI) recaptured a former escort of
Ramón Arellano Felix, former leader of the Arellano Felix Cartel.
The State Attorney
General's Office (FGE) reported that the apprehension was completed of Rito
Quintero Hernández, "El Hitler", whose real name is José Romualdo
Quintero Carrisoza.
He was a CAF hitman and
member of the Ramón Arellano security team, executed in February 2002 during
the Mazatlan carnival, Sinaloa.
Upon obtaining his
freedom, elements of the GESI recaptured Rito, since he had two arrest warrants
in Sinaloa for qualified manslaughter and qualified manslaughter in attempt,
said the FGE.
He was involved in the
murder of two policemen and participated in the killing of 12 people, in the
town of El Limoncito de Alayá, in Cosala, Sinaloa in 2001.

The mass murder at El Limoncito is a very interesting case worth digging into. A lot of El Hitler's relatives worked as triggermen for the Tijuana Cartel (CAF) and were involved in the incident. I don't know much about them but it seems like El Hitler and his family were an important clan in the CAF and I wonder if there are some still active.
