MIDLAND, Tx (KOSA) -- A
suspected West Texas drug lord was recently extradited to Midland from Mexico
earlier this month.
Benjamin Valeriano Jr.
- who is also known as "El Cachitas" - faces multiple drug and money
laundering charges in Midland County.
Despite reports by
another local television station that Valeriano was arrested in Midland, US
Marshals tell CBS7 he's been in a Mexican jail for the last 11 years.
Valeriano was
identified as one of the main operators of the Juárez cartel. According to
investigators, he worked for Guillermo Castillo Rubio, "El Pariente,"
who was considered the second in command after Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, who is
known as "El Viceroy." Rubio was arrested 2012.
Is amados son out yet? Vicente Carillo Leyva was apparently well educated, and efficient. maybe he will bring some order to the org when he is released, I assume the heir apparent would carry clout in Colombia, able to source from the urabaños or Norte del valle or FARC or whomever has the best chit.

ReplyDeleteVery much so! They aren't lenient and If he goes to trial, It'll be worse. The DA will focus on his cartel activity, Knowing it will scare the jury.
DeleteTime served, this extradition is not worth the gas or the fuel used in the process or the aigroplanos, somebody is just trying to build a career through prosecuting "mexican cartel members" with no recent knowledge or contact with their organizations.
DeleteOf course, the Juarez Cartel had many american partners, including in El Paso, Tejas, who are not mentioned or referenced, because it goes WAAAY UP THE CHAIN O' COMMAND...
Still, Rafael Aguilar Guajardo, the DFS commander who replaced Pablo Acosta until AMADO Carrillo Fuentes bumped him off in Cancun, made sure we know the CIA was in on it with their DFS puppets, "created to fight communism" but turned drug traffickers...

ReplyDeleteVicente Carrillo Leyva was released on June 12, 2018 I believe after serving 9 years 2 months and a few days in a Federal Mexican jail en el penal de Occidente en Jalisco Mexico

DeleteWow a lot of cartel members getting extradited I guess chapo was cartel patient x to start the extraditions. Good but then again there will more escapes and violence and innocent that either help to escape or end up in pieces. Next one extradited let’s see if menchos son before he escapes
