    1. Shows the heavy pressure they are under in Guanajuato, both from the government and CJNG.

    2. Not at all. It's T.J, you have people from all walks of life there. It's where people settle when they can't cross the border, so, you're gonna come across people from not just all over mexico, but all over latin America as well. You might even get some asians and people from the middle east.

    3. 7:10 and 7:27 are right, TJ is a huge, complex town with a large transitory population, and no dominant cartel; exactly the place where a cartel member wanted in another state might hide and attempt to disguise himself as a “businessman” in town for work.

    1. He wasn’t there to do business with anyone, he was there to hide out because the government has been capturing Marro’s lieutenants left and right.

    2. He isn’t wanted on warrants from BC, so it is unlikely that he was doing much business there; if the Mex government is coming after you, they will pin everything they can on you to make the cases go away—the fact that the government hasn’t hung something on this guy for crimes committed in BC means it is unlikely this guy was making much noise in TJ.
