Agents of the State Preventive Police (PEP) captured Baltazar “T”, son of drug trafficker Javier Torres Félix, alias “El JT” on Monday morning.
The unofficial information indicates that the son of the capo was arrested armed inside a restaurant of the Desarrollo Urbano Tres Ríos, of this state capital.
Together with Baltazar, 19, a minor identified as Misael, 17, was also held in possession of a firearm.
The operation was carried after an anonymous call was made to the authorities, whereby the presence of armed persons was alerted in a restaurant located in front of the Plaza Forum. A group of state police officers answered the call.
Through a surprise operation, the police officers arrested both people without the other civilians present at the establishment being injured.
