"El Rey" Zambada, Chapo's Mistress "La Chapodiputada" and Jorge Milton Cifuentes Villa Regain Their Freedom from U.S. Prison

Jesús "El Rey" Zambada García, Lucero Guadalupe Sánchez "La Chapodiputada" and Jorge Milton Cifuentes Villa, three protected witnesses who testified against Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán, obtained their freedom, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBP, by its acronym in English).

All three are no longer in custody in some of the United States prisons, as reported on the official site of the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

In the trial against the former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, Zambada García, brother of "El Mayo" Zambada, said that the criminal organization and its ex-partners, Los Beltrán Leyva, paid around 50 million dollars to the former Secretary of Public Security, Genaro García Luna, arrested in December last year in Texas.

He said he delivered suitcases with between six and eight million dollars to the ex-police officer during the six-year term of Felipe Calderón Hinojosa.

The former local deputy in Sinaloa, Lucero Guadalupe Sánchez López, who testified and broke down in tears at the New York trial, was accused of using false documents to enter the Altiplano prison to interview "El Chapo" Guzmán, with whom she had a sentimental relationship.

Sánchez López was arrested while trying to cross the border from Mexico to San Diego in the United States. The authorities of that country accused her of conspiracy to traffic cocaine.

Jorge Cifuentes, Colombian operator of "El Chapo" Guzmán, regained his freedom in December last year, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

    2. For reals-----I am posting this on twitter:
U.S. Releases Prominent Narcos for their “cooperation”
This is what happens with your tax dollars folks! A failed drugwar which often leads to these actions of capturing top capos and narcos only to cut sweet deals with them which often includes citizenship in the U.S., allowing them to retain some of their dirty money, bringing their families to the U.S.
Of course the gov will say “Oh but we had their valuable testimony in exchange….Oh really????!!
Like the gov didn’t have a Mount Everest of evidence against El Chapo. All they needed was the Flores Twins to put Chapo away for life. The twins had videos, phone recordings, finance logs, etc etc hard evidence not the good word of murders, extortionists, kidnappers and drug traffickers. A team of the worse drug war violators, one admitting to hundreds of murders, we did not need their testimony. And this teaches narcos nothing punitively, or determent, it teaches them to say what they need to get a quick release.
I have spoken to enough agents to know they hate this, we should all hate this and write to our political leaders and express our outrage at this drugwar which was a failure on day one.
Released: El Mayo’s brother “El Rey”, El Chapo’s Mistress and allegedly mother of his last child, and a top tier leader of a drug trafficking organization….see chart

    3. Wow one murder hundreds and they let that animal go just because wow. One of us will probably one day see him in a store in a restaurant since they get to live the sweet life here in the good USA now.

    5. @chivis
Money is clearly the agenda with American politics & its judicial system.
These atrocities led by American politics are why the drug war is a failure to its people. Not failed system for those who profit from.
A credible answer will never be given by US authorities as to why such decisions are made.

Clearly a slap in the face to its victims.

    6. Well, they gave up the business, and that is all the war on drugs wanted, to knock off the competition and to get the business all for themselves again, this time the Red Mafiya gets involved, Emilio Lozoya was hiding in Spain in the same neighborhood Putin and co have residencies...

  2. Does this surprise anyone of us? That's the card El Mayo is playing by turning his old partner in. The next ones to be set free are his sons. This is why he's able to hide in plain site and it's very telling of the power structure of narcos and politicians on both sides of the border. I would've made the same deal.

  4. Chapo was just job security for DEA and possibly CIA drug operations.
Anyone else from the Sinaloa cartel is free or will be shortly to continue their activities.
No denying that actions like these demostrate the U.S. intentions to help the Sinaloa cartel now and in the future.

  5. Chivis you still think chapo should have told on everyone what he knows??

    1. That is not what I said, what I said is that he should have testified and told his story and everything he wanted to say because he will never get another shot at it. Regret is almost impossible to live with.

    2. Chivis, what makes you believe chapo won't be able to tell his story..... the story of chapo isn't over...

      To be continued....

    3. The only story Chapo will tell is the same lame that him being and growing up being an innocent frijolero (bean), farmer never had money and had to support a family. That he never crossed anyone that did not deserve and that the whole world is corrupt or corruptable specially politicians.
That his proffesion is only more frowned upon because they are the fall guys for those same politicians.
In other words any excuse to justify their actions.

      Delete
    4. Even if chapo tells his side of the story I'm sure he wouldnt recieve a plead deal or reduced sentence. The Gringos are making an example out of Señor Juaquin giving him life with the possibility of parole.

      Delete
    5. Chapo wasn't offered the opportunity to tell his story.

    6. Babe Chivis,,i didnt say you had said that,,what i meant is if you thought he should have told on everyone ,,or why do you think he kept quiet?? For now,, damee besos babe👄💋💋❤😍😍😊

    7. So how safe is it for them to go back to Mexico????

      Delete
    8. sorry, i thought you misunderstood but it was me who misunderstood...:) We will never know because the gov never offered plea negotiations. They were in a position to being incapable of any plea with chapo. How would they explain a plea with the "narco monster" "The cucuy from culichi"

I don't disagree with no deal. What I do disagree with is his treatment and the using of SAMs. and I o think he should gone on the stand and spill his guts, whatever that means...

      Delete
    9. 11:20 that was his decision...not to take the stand.

    1. 6:52 If he is the biggest snitch out there he is definitely not ratting out his fellow cartel members from sinaloa because that drug cartel is still the biggest and most powerful one. It makes you wonder if US authorities are actually scared of the old mobster pulling a terrorist atack on USA's territory, after all he must have ties to different criminal organizations all over the world.

    2. There are snitches in every crime organization but the difference is that Sinaloenses are proud of being snitches and walk around like nothing happened, they’re big time punks of all time and no one respects them especially now with social media and people finding out how they really are. In other organizations you can’t walk around with your head high and often have to move far away or find a new job away from your former criminal career or you end up dead.

  28. The drug war, which I will remind everyone was initiated by Nixon when he created the DEA in 1973 is the most colossal failure and massive waste of money in the history of our planet. It was doomed for failure from the beginning because of the laws of supply and demand. It has done nothing but make drugs more readily available, cheaper, And create more of them; in other words it has the opposite effect of what it was intended to do. But it will perpetuate because it is the livelihood of LE agents and criminals both

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Majority of people feel the same way about the war on drugs. A guarantee of enrichment and job security for both parties (law enforcement and criminals).

      Delete
    2. Possibly, the fact that President Nixxon founded DEA in the 70s, (NIXXON was a corrupt politician since he associated with Roy Cohn to help Joe McCarthy prosecuting communists and gays in the 50s for those most american of un-American activities they themselves practiced) may indicate he was not into the illegal activities of the CIA, BUT HIS BUDDIES WERE.
THE DEA EARNED ITS KEEP, when Kiki Camarena exposed the mexican drug traffickers and the CIA ordered his abduction, torture, interrogation, murder and disappearance through its "rogue agents" USMC Lt Col Oliver North at NSA and Felix Ismael Rodriguez Mendigutia, CIA delegate to the contra drug and weapons trafficking and money laundering...other great DEA heroes Sandy Gonzalez, Hector Berrellez, Phil Jordan, and Cele Castillo gave honor to the DEA too, today's agents have some manly examples to follow on them, kissing ass is personal.
