After the shooting recorded on Wednesday afternoon in Culiacán, police corporations made the discovery of five lifeless bodies, which show signs of violence and bullet impacts.    

Supposedly the clash was “Los Chapitos” after the people of “El Ruso”.  Ruso is being protected by Mayo who has refused to hand Ruso over to Chapo’s sons.

About 2:40 p.m. on Wednesday, strong gunners were registered in the Villa Universidad sector, where armed groups that manned trucks and SUVs, generated chaos in the Rubén Jaramillo neighborhood, upon entering a home and allegedly executing one man allegedly named Jesus Eloy or Eloín,and another seriously injured.

Calls to 911 telephone reported the presence of armed persons who carried out detonations in the streets of Villa Universidad and Las Quintas, but the head of the Ministry of Public Security of Sinaloa, Cristóbal Castañeda clarified that only the violent events were recorded in the Rubén neighborhood Jaramillo.

The inhabitants of this sector warned that for several minutes they heard the bullets that came from subjects with weapons for the exclusive use of the Army, who wore civilian clothes.

Through social networks during this afternoon the videos began to circulate when the shootings began, and that was reminiscent  of   the moments faced by the Culiacanenses on October 17, in which the capital of Sinaloa became a war zone.

The strong detonations stunned many students and workers, some who had finished classes and others who took shelter in shops and houses.

Among the images that alerted the population and that generated a lot of fear,  was before the attack when an alleged hitman involved in the shooting of this afternoon in Culiacán ordering motorists to turn back.

False statements

The Secretary of State Security made use of social networks to inform the following: "We are attending a report in the Rubén Jaramillo sector, in # Culiacán. There are NO signs of incidents in other parts of the city. I invite citizens to keep calm and do not spread false information, better report to 9-1-1. We are working, "he added.

Castañeda’s version is that the shootings were registered in the Villa Universidad sector correspond to an aggression between armed civilians, where they entered a private home in the Rubén Jaramillo neighborhood, in which they executed one person and another injured.

Before the shooting on Ash Wednesday afternoon, the police authorities and Semefo personnel moved to three points in Culiacán, where three dead men were found with bullet injuries and another with violence; Almost simultaneously, there were two reports of executions in the city.
