ReplyDeleteI have always stipulated that innocent civilians be left alone from criminal activities. Something I rigorously enforced with brutality against my own back in the days.

Arested then let go to kill more people, and Mexico has a bad habit of covering thier eye's, so when set free, no one will know who they are.
