People heard screaming and authorities don't show up. I understand that the cartels are one in the same as the police, but blatantly obvious murder and no reaction by police is a sad comment on Mexico. Such a shame.

El Vikingo spent years in prison in Nayarit where now the AG Edgar Veytia has been arrested on the US and governor Roberto Sandoval is being investigated.
