The alleged internal war between
drug traffickers of the Sinaloa Cartel (CDS) spread to the metropolitan area of
the municipality of Culiacán in the state of Sinaloa, in Mexico.
A shootout was reported in the
Los Ángeles subdivision, in the Zona Dorada sector, where allegedly two men
wounded by bullets were “taken”.
It was in broad daylight when
authorities received the report indicating that gunshots were heard near the
California boulevard of the subdivision, on the Imala Highway.
A Toyota truck and a Corolla car
were found at the site, which had bullet impacts and blood was observed on the
pavement.
Witnesses who were passing by at
the time indicated that they saw two wounded gunmen.
Elements of the National Guard,
Army and State Preventive Police arrived at the scene, but there were no
detainees.
Agents searched for evidence at
the scene, where at least two people are alleged to have been shot and then
taken by armed men.
In recent months several “account
adjustments” have been registered within the territory of the Sinaloa Cartel,
since groups of hitmen who support Ismael "el Mayo " Zambada and
other factions that are faithful to Ivan Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar alias el
Chapito, Jesús Alfredo Guzmán Salazar aka el Alfredillo and Ovidio Guzmán
López aka el Ratón or Nuevo Ratón, have been in conflict resulting in a deadly
war between the two groups.
But the violence worsened and
after the hitman boss, who is close to the Chapitos, identified as El Nini, claimed the
controlled territory and disrespected El Mayo in the process.
One of the trusted men of the
Mayo Zambada known as el Ruso took as a major transgression. Allegedly, Mayo
through El Ruso asked that Chapitos hand over El Nini.
They refused causing the fracture and war.

One would think those boys would relax and try to learn from Mayo instead of irritating him. He's old for a reason.
ReplyDeleteThis is not a war between Mayos and Chapitos. Let's be honest, if a war starts between the two factions, Culiacan will burn. Guanajuato would be called a paradise if a war ignites between the two. Each faction has hundreds if not thousands of pistoleros(gunmen) and I'm not even talking about their allies from Durango, Sonora, Chihuahua etc. This is between Chapitos and El Ruso. It will end the same as the one they fought against Los Damasos.

This is interesting was posted on Facebook no back story other than title, but apparently it's a sicario for los chapitos being interrogated by russos men and being cut up by a chainsaw. Even at one point looks like the guy is passing out from pain---they pour water on his face and slap him around a couple of times as if they wanted him to be conscious for his dismemberment. The other is supposedly el negro asabache gunman for el Diablo de la Lima. El diablo is ponchitos cousin so it seems like the bodies they found belong to Rusos men and not los chapos like people originally thought.
