"El Mencho’s" Personal Hospital Located Hidden in the Hills of Jalisco

           A hospital for "El Mencho": the mystery about the hospital of the hidden kingpin in Jalisco:

Nemesio Oseguera González, known as “El Mencho”, is the leader of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG), one of the strongest criminal groups in the country, and it has been revealed that he built a hidden hospital in the municipality of Villa Purificación Jalisco, in the El Alcíhuatl community, in which he could be treated for his  health problems.

The capo's hospital would be located about 50 km S from the municipality , according to El Universal , an area specially controlled by its cartel. It was recently made public that Oseguera González had health problems and, at 54, suffers from kidney failure.

                       

Specifically, the site is located in the community of El Alcíhuatl , a town with around 200 inhabitants that is dedicated to agriculture and livestock. This same place is where a federal helicopter was shot down in 2015 in the middle of an operation to capture “El Mencho”. His deteriorated  health has complicated his refuges in the mountains of the states of Jalisco, Michoacán and Colima.

                        

Today, El Alcíhuatl would be the headquarters of a white building, equipped to serve the capo, his closest circles and the community that hosts them. El Universal stressedthat this is also one of the hiding places of "El Mencho", because during Enrique Peña Nieto's presidential term, the authorities detected that the drug trafficker was mobilizing in the municipalities of Autlán, Casimiro Castillo, El Grullo and Villa Purificación in the Jalisco state.

He also assures that it was through supports of his pantry distributions and local works that the capo gained the asupport of the residents; however, the power of his cartel extends to the states of Michoacán, Veracruz, Colima and Tamaulipas. The CJNG and other criminal organizations also took advantage of the Covid pandemic to win the affection of the populations of these areas.

It was one of the agents of the Drug Control Administration (DEA) in the United States, Kyle Mori, who assured Univisión that the capo had found the best of his hiding places in the Mexican hills.

Due to the type of activity in which he is involved and the power he has achieved as a result of it, Nemesio Oseguera Gonzalez became in early 2020 the man most wanted by the DEA , which offers a large reward of $ 10 million for his catch.

                           

For the US DEA , the main objective is to capture the leader  Of the CJNG along with long time drug capos Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada and Rafael Caro Quintero, RCQ.

In recent months, the family circle of ''El Mencho"has been weakened by the governments of Mexico and the US , with the extradtion to Washington of Rubén Oseguera, "El Menchito" and the arrest of Johanna oseguera Gonzalez, "La Negra" , who are son and daughter of the capo.

Rubén and Jessica are the product of the marriage that "El Mencho" maintains with Rosalinda González Valencia, "La Jefa", and were the main financial operators of their father's criminal group. 

In August 2018 , the then PGR raised the reward for those who contribute valuable information leading to "El Mencho's" capture from 2 to 30 million pesos , who is also known as "El Gallero" and/oro El Señor de los Gallos".

That same year, an arrest warrant was issued for the Kidnapping and murder of ministerial agents Octavio Martínez Quiróz ans Alfonso Hernández Villavicencio, events that occurred near the state border lines of Jalisco and Nayarit in February 2108.

Last June, the alleged death of the leader of theJalisco Nueva Generación  Cartel was reported on Social networks , allegedly in a confrontation with federal forces, however this was denied by President Andres Manuel López Obrador himself , in addition to said security forces.
