He has stood loyal to El Marro,

Lima Cartel, “El Mamey”, who is related
to several homicides in the state, was detained by elements of the Guanajuato
Criminal Investigation Agency.
State authorities confirmed the
capture of Emmanuel and/or José Guadalupe 'N' who was at the time of being
detained, in the company of a woman who is
unknown or the relationship with the now detained, was also detained.
They indicated that Mamey is related to murders in Guanajuato, mainly in
Celaya, as well as being one of the generators of violence in that
municipality.
The Guanajuato State Attorney General's
Office will later report the details of the arrest. With this new apprehension,
"El Marro" continues to see its criminal structure weakened. Without

Celaya is about the only plaza CSRL has left. They lost the western half of GTO up to Salamanca and Cortazar. CSRL’s cells in Queretaro and Hidalgo were wiped out in 2019. No route of escape to the east or the west for Marro. The walls are closing in.
