am Mencho. I want to clarify that my war is against El Abuelo, also Tilí, Moy
Farra, Chelo Pólvatas…. the people who raise weapons against my people.
"I ask all innocent people not to
leave their houses, we do not want to harm you, you know well that I like to
support the people, I always look after their well-being.”
"I repeat I Mencho, will fight the motherfucker El
Abuelo."
“And to the lowlife, Abuelo, stop sending stupid people [to fight]
who do not even know how to hold a rifle.”
Mencho offers elements of the Tepalcatepec National Guard
double the payment they allegedly receive from El Abuelo, if they do not get
involved in the fighting.
"And you National Guard of Tepalcatepec... opposed to the
pay that El Abuelo gives you, I offer you twice as much and without you needing
to fight, as El Abuelo, has you do.
“I only care that you do not hinder my people when we go to
fight.”
Early this morning, social media lit by residents in
Tepalcatepec, reporting that there were clashes once again when CJNG entered
the municipality.
CJNG has targeted the overtaking of Tepalcatepec and the “Carteles
Unidos”, resulting in several clashes with an undetermined number of dead,
burned property, burned vehicles, and roadblocks.
The active support of Abuelo by the people has made the CJNG effort
to control the plaza more difficult.

What CJNG is trying to do in Tepaltepec, Los Reyes, La Costa, Coalcoman is simple they want El Abuelo, his Children, family, his associates their families all dead.
Why? It is very simple CJNG was the one that feed them, armed them, looked out for them helped them get rid of the Templarios. They bit the hand that feed them they stole from the hand that feed them they turned chapulines. The reason they killed El Morisqueto is simple he was trying to amend what Poncho La Quirnga, Los Herrera, Whicho el de los Reyes had done but they weren't having any of it.
CJNG financed the autodefensas along with El Gerardon and numerous others. When everyone started flipping on the Templarios all along the Jalisco border with Michocan and the few that stayed loyal started to get incarcerated or killed, Los Viagras and then La Tuta flipped, Chanda, Cenizo, then Migueladas followed and El 500. Cemei and his cousins in la Costa took advantage and went to El Gerardon who gave them weapons that is how la costa turned Autodefensas.
Los Viagras were the first to betray CJNG, they betrayed El Americano and El Gerardon, they betrayed Chanda and Cenizo, El 500 was also killed by los viagras, El Gerardon and El Americano were handed over by El Abuelo Farias because they were dealing with the viagras, Last but not least Los herrera, Whicho el de los Reyes, poncho la quirnga got the bright idea to betray CJNG and rob them of a shipment. Mencho told El Abuelo to return what was stolen and everything would end there. He never answered then the Viagras dropped a bunch of flyers over Tepeke flyers offering money for El Abuelo and his associates. El Abuelo thought CJNG had done that and went to the Viagras forged an alliance. This is where we are at now.
The Next attack CJNG makes is going to be a blood-bath they are going to use weapons that have rarely been used. They are going to do something Mencho rarely does they are going to pay the government to not show up in Tepeke to ignore their cries. They are going to hit everything someone wrote the next Allende I wouldn't be surprised.
I told you Mencho isn't playing any games this is serous stuff. The Carteles Unidos are forcing people to go and fight against CJNG in El Aguaje and they are getting slaughtered. No one wants to work for them anymore they are the lowest shit you can find in organized crime.

Rodolfo Sierra Santana controlled Urupan or the surrounding areas like Ari de Rosales or Lombardia and then took Urupan from El Chivo who was probably one of Nazario guys just like Kike in Nueva Italia.
La Sopa Carlos Sierra Santana controlled Zamora or the areas surrounding that area.
Marianno Sierra Santana and Gabino Sierra Santana controlled what is that area I mentioned earlier Zihuatanejo Guerrero.
Those are the areas the Viagras still control except for Zamora, Lombardia. The whole origins story about the Viagras coming from Zirandaro Guerrero is most likely disinfo the informant fell for. I think the Viagras are from the Zihuatanejo area.
Chivis the Viagras are experts at doing what I described I witnessed it when I first got into the whole war in Michocan in 2015 before that I got my information from Borderland Beat. Something had to have happened for El Americano to Leave Buenavista because the Viagras were afraid of him and the H3 financed by El Gerardon.

If it was the latter, the software will simply compare both voices on the Delta 1 recording to this communique. If that was the case, a 49% match would indicate that this is in fact Mencho’s voice, by about a 99% probability. Post a link to the results of your voice analysis program if you stand behind the claim that it is not Mencho’s voice on this latest video. I was right about the shout out to “JP/3” on the previous Grupo Elite video, and I strongly believe that I am correct about this as well.
