The Public Ministry of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) in Jalisco, completed a search warrant issued by the District Control Judge, Specialized in the Accusatory Criminal System, for a warehouse-type property, located in the municipality of Amatitán, Jalisco, where they located methamphetamine.

According to the investigation folder, personnel assigned to the National Defense Secretariat (SEDENA) informed the Federal Public Ministry (MPF), that they received a telephone call, in which they made reference that in the town called "Santiaguito", belonging to the municipality of Amatitán, there were two wineries, where armed people entered and left.

Therefore, the military elements moved to the wineries in question and when they arrived at the site, they noticed that there was a strong smell of chemicals inside. Consequently, the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) requested and completed the search procedure with the support of experts from the institution, elements of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM) and SEDENA personnel.

Various bags, jars, jugs, drums containing 174 kilos, 94 grams of "crystal" (methamphetamine), 1,980 liters of liquid methamphetamine, and 50 liters of acetone were seized at the site.

The property and the narcotic were at the disposal of the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) who continues with the investigation folder, for the probable commission of the crime against health, against whom or who are responsible, until the corresponding law is resolved.

  1. They already flooded the US (and beyond) with so much meth that this is hardly a loss. In fact it only helps them in the long run by helping drive up the price of meth again moving forward.
