Vanessa Ballar Fallas, “La Guera”, alleged intellectual author of the murder of two men of Israeli origin in Plaza Artz, back in 2019, was detained by elements of the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City (FGJ) with the support of members of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC). The woman was apprehended after a search of a home located on Crepúsculo Street, Insurgentes Cuicuilco neighborhood.
According to the investigations, "La Guera" reserved the table in the restaurant where the shooting occurred in Plaza Artz, for which she was sought after determining that she was the "hook" to assassinate them.
After the attack in 2019, she fled through the kitchen and then boarded a truck to flee the scene. Vanessa Ballar Fallas, “La Guera” is one of the main financial operators of the CJNG (Jalisco Cartel) and trusted collaborator of Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes “El Mencho”, leader of the criminal group.

The pair, Alon Azulay and Benjamin Yeshurun Sutchi were reportedly in Mexico City to collect a $14.5 million money laundering debt that she had with them. Officials say both of the men had a criminal history in Israel and were being investigated by US authorities for money-laundering - but Mexico was unaware of their alleged crimes.
The men were aware that they were in danger ahead of the meeting. Messages on cellphones recovered at the scene—a restaurant at the luxury Plaza Arts Mall—reportedly revealed that the victims only agreed to meet in person at a busy public place.
The SSC reported at that time that, after these events, a woman named Esperanza “N” was arrested and taken to the Homicide Prosecutor's Office. Her first statements indicated that it was a crime of passion.
Days later, at that time, the Secretary of Citizen Security of Mexico City, Jesús Orta, announced that the case "pointed to more complicated issues" than a settling of accounts.

Quick question since cjng and los cuinis are linked together and los cuinis are known for money laundering and said group does these type of services for other cartels as well that this scenario of people coming in to collect money that was washed and then getting killed instead of getting paid. is this something only done to outsiders and enemies.
