Residents in Aguililla, Michoacan, came across an unexpected surprise. To their dismay antagonistic individuals said to be the Carteles Unidos (CU) destroyed a roadway that leads through an area of their community.
In a classic power move straight out of an obscure anarchist cookbook. This cartel purposely demolished in what military parlance is considered “an avenue of fast approach”, in order to deter the advancement of the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG).
Just as well in the second broadcast the crime mob spread out caltrops across a one lane bridge. With a truck parked on the other end standing guard like a silent sentry.
Such is the fear and rampant paranoia of any sort of incursion. And the humble citizens of Aguililla are having to pay for a war that they want no part of.
