The residents notified the authorities because near the cemetery they found the dismembered body.
The body of a dismembered young man, as well as a cardboard with a threatening message, was located this Friday in the town C-34 of the municipality of Huimanguillo.
Around 06:00 in the morning, people who were passing along the road that leads from the region C-34 to the Coatzacoalcos-Cárdenas federal highway observed the dismembered body of a man.
First reports indicate that the young man was originally from the same town, residing in the green zone. And went by the name of Rafael “N”, alias “La Borreguita”. Next to his body parts was a cardboard with a threatening message.
The residents notified the authorities of the Ministry of Public Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), who went to the crime scene. Where near the cemetery they found the dismembered body.
While the threatening message written on a blue card said:
“This happened to me for being a rapist, a thief, and for fucking off in the C-34 district. Hueso and Chiri, you guys are next. As well as all the turncoats who are not aligned with us, Rocola, Guti, Gallo, Vani C33, Charli, and Isual C28. We’re coming after all the kidnappers. The C- 34 community already has an owner. Greetings to Ñengo and Julio, you two are not alone in this matter. The territories will be respected. Chucho, Toloyo, and Huacal don’t fucking risk it. Otherwise, this is how your lives will end. The neighborhoods of Ingenio, La Esperanza, C33, Ejido La Esperanza, C34, C31, will be respected. Martin, concerning you, come near us you son of a fucking bitch. Sincerely, La Barredora 24/7 Grupo de Choque”
The police officers cordoned off the area and requested the presence of the investigative police and experts from the State Attorney General's Office (FGE). They did the corresponding work and then carried out the removal of the dismembered body. It was in turn transferred to the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo).
