While the ill-fated multi-member Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) candidate Alejandro Leal Tovías refuses to resign his political position and instead demands to continue with management, the violence continues throughout the state.
A few minutes ago another person was reported executed, a fact that was registered in Arquitos and Nevado de Toluca streets, in the General I. Martínez neighborhood. Along with the fact, it is said that a cardboard with a narco message was left on one side of the executed subject.
Elements of the Metropolitan Force arrived at the crime scene, as well as investigating police from the State Prosecutor's Office.
