At the moment two of the aggressors have died and another was taken to a hospital; no officers injured: SSP
Elements of the State Preventive Police (PEP), were attacked when they attended a citizen report regarding the presence of armed persons in a Service Station in the Municipality of Villa de Cos.
As a result of the confrontation, one of the assailants lost his life, two more were injured and were transferred to receive medical attention.
The Secretary of Security reported that on the way to the hospital, one of the wounded lost his life; however, no injured police officers are reported.
At the moment, the legal proceedings are being carried out by the Public Ministry and FGJEZ experts at the crime scene and inside the vehicle in which the aggressors were traveling. The presence of various illegal objects was discovered.
