"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
A State Policeman for the State Public Security Forces (FSPE) was kidnapped on his day off by an armed criminal cell. Hours later he was found dismembered in the municipality of Acámbaro.
Information released from the State Secretary of Public Security stated that the officer was the sole command in the municipality of Coroneo.
The discovery of his dismembered corpse was made on Thursday around noon. A narco message from the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel was found next to him.
His body was found on the Acámbaro-Tarandacuao highway, near the community of San Miguel de las Carpas.
