"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
The Attorney General's Office of the Republic (FGR), in coordination with the Secretariat of the Navy of Mexico (SEMAR), along with the National Intelligence Center (CNI), through the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC), and the Specialized Deputy Attorney General's Office for the Investigation of Organized Crime (SEIDO), completed an arrest warrant against Martha Alicia Perez Ferrel, alias "La China".
Through intelligence work by the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection, in coordination with this Prosecutor's Office, Martha "P" was located in a building located in the Arboledas Sector of the city of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, which is why the federal elements carried out the search in that place, diligence granted by the District Judge Specialized in the Accusatory Criminal System, attached to the Federal Criminal Justice Center in the state of Guanajuato, residing in the city of the same name.
In the action, it was possible to complete the arrest warrant against this person, for the probable commission of the crime of organized crime, respecting at all times her human rights; transferred for medical certification and made available to the corresponding Court.
Martha "P", was admitted to the Federal Criminal Justice Center in the state of Guanajuato.
