Ruso Threatens Mexicali Authorities for Disrupting his Operations [UPDATE]

 By Buggs for Borderland Beat

"EL RUSO" THREATENS MEXICALI AUTHORITIES FOR ARRESTING A CRIMINAL CELL UNDER HIS COMMAND

Mexicali, Baja California. - A total of four narcomantas were placed at various points on the Juarez bridge, located in the northern part of Río Nuevo, very close to the Mexicali and Calexico port of entry, in the downtown area of the city.

The four white narco banners with a black print were found on the night of Saturday, May 15, 2021 in which a threat is issued against the security forces of the three levels of government, by an alleged criminal group by the name of "Fuerzas Revolucionarias del Ruso" or "Revolutionary Forces of Ruso".

Not certain who the "Fuerzas Revolucionarias del Ruso" are, but it might be some sort of elite group of sicarios under the direct command of El Ruso.

It was around 7:00 p.m. when municipal police discovered the four banners located on the Juarez Bridge, when they were passing through Río Nuevo street.

The four messages said exactly the same and had a response with violence to an alleged action by the security forces, although it does not refer to it.

The text says the following:

“ALL THE FEDERAL AGENCIES ARE WARNED THAT IT IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME THEY ATTACK AGAINST OUR ORGANIZATION. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE MESSING WITH AND YOU, THE MUNICIPAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT, THIS IS NOT GOING TO STAY LIKE THIS, YOU FUCKED UP. ATTE REVOLUTIONARY FORCES OF EL RUSO."

Although it does not give details as to which case they are referring to, it is presumed that the threat refers to the event that was published in BB that happened early Friday when 11 alleged sicarios, along with two federal agents were arrested during an operation that occurred in a taquería located on the Cetys road, to the East of the town.

Several Mexican law enforcement agencies arrested 11 individuals -10 men and one woman- with weapons and four vehicles. Expect the region to heat up.

There has been rumors that El Ruso was also captured but released, however we have not been able to get proper confirmation. If it did happen, we may never know for sure, as it usually involves a cover up by high ranking authorities.

The incident was so sensitive and dangerous that for several hours the Municipal Police Headquarters was reinforced by a huge security detail in which municipal police, military and elements of the National Guard participated. This operation was subsequently moved to the sub-delegation of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) located in Río Nuevo.

Update:

Nine of the thirteen detainees and alleged members of a Sinaloa Cartel cell were released by the Attorney General's Office (FGR) after finding alleged inconsistencies and little support in the approved police report delivered by the Municipal Police.

The determination was carried out today, Sunday, May 16, by the Federal Public Ministry in charge of the investigation of the events that occurred in a taqueria located on Calzada Cetys, in Mexicali, and which culminated in the Sub-delegation of the FGR

However, four of the allegedly implicated, including one of the federal agents, will be presented before the Judge of the Federal Judicial Power, to face probable cause for the violation of the Federal Law on Firearms and Explosives.

The Public Ministry determined that it would not bring criminal action against 9 of those implicated, considering the procedures carried out by the arresting agents and by the federal investigating agents themselves insufficient.

Unofficially, sources from the same institution established that those who were released for not proving their case in the criminal act are the following:

Justino León Zazueta, Jesús Antonio Villa Valenzuela, Rafael Ochoa Barraza, Justino León Zavala, Víctor Manuel Reyes Madueña, Heriberto Guadalupe Martínez Bastidas, Marinana Alejandra Meza Rivera, Víctor Hiram Camacho Salazar and Víctor Hugo Alva Rocha, the latter element of the Federal Ministerial Police.

    3. 11:50 PM Poncho la Quiringa I guess they are embracing the nickname CJNG gave them. They call them chocoimiles because they are a mix of chapulines, lacras, so called good guys, kidnappers and cobra cuotas. These are the people that work for Poncho La Quiringa just more propoganda trying to act like they are strong when in reality CJNG can't get to them because every time they get near the GN, Sedena, State Police even the local police come and do the fighting for them.

Their is an auido/video where the kid who made it public that Whicho El de Los Reyes supposedly had his penis removed because he want to be a girl is getting killed. Him and his brother are taking hormones and what not I guess it is true that the Carteles Unidos have a lot of homosexuals in their ranks.

    4. @2:44 LMFAO bro your comments are funny as heck. It's 2021, who gives a fuck about homosexualism, these people are scum because they are scum, not because they are gay.

And if SEDENA prefers Viagras over CJNG is cus they are worse, believe me gringo.

They are all a bunch of rats.

  9. Once again I have located an error in the official transcript!

It did say "Nine of the thirteen detainees and alleged members of a Sinaloa Cartel cell were released by the Attorney General's Office (FGR) after finding alleged inconsistencies and little support in the approved police report delivered by the Municipal Police"

It should say: "Nine of the thirteen detainees and alleged members of a Sinaloa Cartel cell were released by the Attorney General's Office (FGR) after finding mantas threatening those involved and sufficiently large payments having been made to the responsible person."

    Just sayin...

  12. 9 of the 13 are released wow the bribe came in fast. Mexican law(curupted).
I recall reading on BB recently, a known Cartel, weapons, money and drugs were found, PGR agents moonlighting for the cartel, wait there's more thier faces get covered. I just love the Mexican justice system, it caters more to the criminals, all the while Innocents get kidnapped and killed.

  13. interesting the dude to the left of the girl has his hair dyed blonde on the one side and dark on the other...didnt know this to be a popular style. maybe coincidence but the girls shirt is two toned as well could be his actual girlfriend not a sex worker as someone claimed in the last thread. guessing from photos alone id presume that this dude may have been of a higher rank than the others, sounds kinda stupid but usually you dont see entry level sicarios dressing as flashy.

yikes two fed cops gets caught with a group like this damn imagine that happening in the states, it has happened before dea rogue agents and what not and usually they get crucified by their organization for getting sloppy. even that one crew from the show DEA ended up going to prison for running their own shop.

  14. This is going to be Rusos downfall we all
Know mayo doesn’t want his name involved in no war against the government Ruso is just going to heat it up for him.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Either that girl is someone important girlfriend or someone in that group was someone higher up, Two fed agents escorting them and not municipal, they all got charges dropped within 24-48 hrs, maybe she was Rusos novia or favorite stripper but that was a fast turn around with the amount of attention and involvement from different levels of government this got
