Three men are arrested at San Emeterio Customs, Sonora for smuggling a total of fifteen AR-15 style rifles heading for Los Mochis, Sinaloa. Meanwhile, in Altar, Sonora, nine suspected cartel members are arrested.
During the first few minutes after midnight on May 22 2021, fifteen AR-15 rifle-type firearms were discovered in a bus at the San Emeterio Customs on the Sonoyta-Caborca highway. The weapons were found in the trunk of the bus, packed inside a suitcase at the customs area, near kilometer 27 of the highway.
State Police and Foreign Trade personnel detained Paul "N" (38 years old), Jesus "N" (35 years old) and Alexis "N" (22 years old) in connection to these firearms. Paul "N" was reportedly the driver of the bus, Jesus "N" and Alexis "N" were accompanying him.

In the photos released by authorities uppers, lowers and various parts for AR-15 style rifles can be seen, with each complete rifle presumably individually wrapped as a package. Whether the packages were marked by a number by the smugglers or by state elements is unknown. The men’s starting destination was reportedly somewhere in Baja California. They were reportedly traveling to Los Mochis, Sinaloa.
In a separate incident, on the same day of May 22 2021, nine people were found to be in possession of seven firearms for the exclusive use of the armed forces in the Magisterial neighborhood of Altar, Sonora. The nine were then detained by members of the Army (SEDENA) and State Public Security Police (PESP).
The nine men were brought up on two charges: Possession of Firearms for the Exclusive Use of the Armed Forces and Possession Cartridges for Firearms for the Exclusive Use of the Armed Forces.
Seized from their possession was:
Four 7.62x39mm caliber long arms, with their respective magazines, each loaded with 30 useful cartridges.
One .223mm caliber firearm with its respective magazine, each loaded with 30 useful cartridges.
A .22mm caliber firearm.
One firearm caliber 30-30mm.
27 magazines for 7.62x29mm caliber firearm.
761 useful cartridges for 7.62x39mm caliber firearm.
Four tactical vests.
One vehicle.
Everything seized was handed over to the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF) who will be handling the investigation and legal proceedings against the detainees. Some people on social media have connected these men to La Gente Nueva de Altar/Cazador of the Sinaloa Cartel. However this connection is not confirmed by news sources or law enforcement statements.

Is mexico much more dangerous than South Africa? From what i hear, South Africa dangerous asf
ReplyDeleteSouth Africa is extremely dangerous.
DeleteMexico has like 15 cities on top 20 most murderous cities in world list the last 5 years with the #1 city being Tijuana for a few years straight. It calmed down a bit last year to lose the #1 spot but its still bad.
DeleteI have spent years in the COUNTRY of South Africa until 2013 and its gritty and extremely violent and rape is most common as burglary but the criminal element seemed woefully unorganized. Corruption is rife but random kidnappings/extortion not nearly as common as Mexico.
DeleteRandom: Also, SA same size as Texas. America fits into continent of Africa 3.5 times

If you are white and live on a farm, the attacks are insanely brutal. Much has been written about this especially in the country of Zimbabwe. MS h
1:59 in south africa is it street gangs like in the usa? or organized crime mainly ??
DeleteDef street gangs. This is my experience. Usually poor on desperately poor or middle class. A white farmer in a rural area is pretty I'd due to extreme poverty and post apartheid era rage. Look up White farmers in Zimbabwe...sad, brutal, and very common.
DeleteNdrangheta looks like amateurs compared to this sicarios
ReplyDeleteBut theirs lifespan is much longer. Mexican sicarios kill and get killed.
DeleteYour wrong the Italians are just business these dumbasses will gut a dog for not letting them lick his bone lol 😆
Delete2:31 dont forget the shit money the sicarios make in Mexico. I will take Italy any day off Mexico
Delete2:31
DeleteThat's the point! Mexicans make others look like amateurs! Life span is not the f.... issue!
Whats the point of being f***en sicario if you know you'll be dead in a year or two. And money not so good either. To the point,-mexicans sicarios are very unprofessional compared to other criminal groups of the world. It is easy for two guys with AK-47 to kill one unarmed, when you know that police are on your side.
DeleteHearst you’re a great addition. Thanks for your detailed articles and putting everything together. Saludos desde Houston, TX 👌🏽
ReplyDeleteYou just made my day!
DeleteThank you so much.
HEARST, Thanks so much for writing. It IS greatly appreciated. -MS.h
DeleteMs. H a.k.a. Cap Lock kid.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many hangfires and squib loads these guys get with that ammunition. With that and the lack of eye protection, I am surprised we don’t see more blind sicarios.
ReplyDeleteThe second guy on the right looks like the fat guy riding the quad with the bodies in that video
ReplyDeleteThere was a mini doc on CJNG members smuggling guns into Sonora for RCQ ppl ... I wonder if they also smuggle guns to help BLO (Chapito Isidro) since they are all in alleged alliance
ReplyDeleteno alleged alliance with Isidro
DeleteThese guys look like the gang who couldn't shoot straight
ReplyDeleteThese fuckers are part of the reason why there's a shortage in guns and ammo. straw buyers buying up the stock and then smuggling it down south. has to be a way to end this shit
ReplyDelete6:37 there won't be weapons shortage as long as there are more guns and ammo than you can put up your ass
