Two sets of human remains were left in Tijuana, Baja California. The remains were accompanied by narco banners threatening rival cartels.

On the morning of Thursday, May 26 2021, a narco message written on white cloth with black text was found on Juan Bosco Street in the San Martin neighborhood of Tijuana. Accompanying the message were bags of human remains. Municipal Police and members of SEDENA arrived at the site. They cordoned off the scene and requested the presence of personnel from the State Investigation Agency. The message read as follows:
That’s how all those who follow La Cura will be left.
To those lunatics, let’s go.
For all to read: Marcos, Jorge, Bits, Niñote
Align yourselves or blood will flow.
You have 24 hours to communicate. If you don’t, you are going to fuck your mother.

Reforma Park
In an unrelated incident, another narco banner was reported to the emergency service phone line. At this site, human remains were found in a plastic bag and a narco-message. They were placed in Reforma Park, which is in the Sánchez Taboada area, southern Tijuana.
According to ZETA Tijuana, the message found read:
Pure people from Cabo 100 and Cabo 27.
Sánchez [Taboada] has new owners.
And with facts it has been proven that you and all your people are worthless, you dirty, filthy Lobo.

Borderland Beat Analysis
El Lic may possibly allude to Cartel Jalisco New Generation (CJNG) member "El Lic del Diablo", or "The Devil’s Lawyer”, which some allege is the alias of Alejandro Estrada Bañuelos.
"Lic" is a common abbreviation for "licenciado", which is most often used to denote that someone is an attorney.
El Lic del Diablo has been formally connected in intelligence reports as part of the CJNG in Baja California since 2018 although he is believed to have been associated with them for many years prior.
He has served professionally as legal representative to infamous Baja California cartel-affiliated characters such as José Antonio Soto Gastélum alias El Tigre and Alfonso Lira Sotelo alias El Atlante.
El Lic del Diablo, along with El Trapero, are part of the few original CJNG Baja leadership members who have survived the internal “clean-up” that occured between 2016-2019.
This clean-up includes El Gross who was assassinated in November 2016, El Piolín who died in Puente Grande prison May 2019, and El Gallero who was kidnapped and disappeared in April 2019. All listed were killed while they were in Jalisco state and are alleged to have been killed by the CJNG they served.
The most recent well-known event possibly tied to El Lic del Diablo was the kidnapping of four Sinaloa cartel affiliated characters on March 8 2021. Among the four was Farrah Fresnedo García, former sister-in-law of Rene Arzate García alias “La Rana”. A March 27 2021 narcomanta later accused both El Lic del Diablo and Güero Pecas of being the behind the May 8 2021 kidnapping.

DeleteCJNG never had Lazaro port, that’s been under Templario control for awhile, they made a pathetic attempt over there and were quickly killed off. Cuini recently snitched on the few guy he had in Manzanillo and the Jaliscas have been getting kicked out of Veracruz. When everyone from Michoacán told Mencho to go fuck off they took the route in Guatemala with them. Mencho was never a real trafficker, that was the Cuinis, and the ones that matter are locked up and and being squeezed. Which is why Jaliscas is spending so much time on their social media influencers, they want to portray a power and strength they don’t have. DeleteNobody really, there's many groups claiming many cartels. Each one is dominant in their own colonias or areas, like Los Cabos had Sanchez Taboada, El piolin had la liber, Los Uriarte had La Press.... some of these groups claim the same cartel but they still fight each other.
DeleteThe last cartel that truly controlled TJ was CAF, and I doubt there will ever be one cartel that will be the only dominant cartel that controls Tijuana, that will not let others operate unless they pay, and control everything going on in TJ like CAF ever did. It will just be groups fighting each other for corners and colonias from now on till somehow it stops or just slows waaaay down were it's no longer a threat.

ReplyDeleteIt doesn't seem like they fucked up to be killed, these guys were telling CTNG all proud and where actually making gains for CJNG in TJ so most likely they were killed simply because cjng thought they were no longer needed (fucked up move) and now getting rid of them seems like it backfired they lost those gains now that most flipped.
The crazy shit is I remember seeing a lot of comments here saying that cjng will later get rid of ctng, cjng done it to many cells before, and yup here it is.

Just remember this, cjng wasn't active or had a plaza in Tijuana a few years back. They had to sneak loads of drugs and caf knew about it and called them out. There was mantas saying "michoacanos needed to respect the PLAZA and pay up or get killed" instead, mencho sent his sicarios and paid them with lead.
That's how the war in tijuana started with CJNG.. Add that to your noodle noggin..
