"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
Reports are coming in about an armed attack between the Sinaloa Cartel (CDS) and the Jalisco Cartel (CJNG) near the Durango - Zacatecas state lines. At least 12 gunmen were said to have perished in the assault.
One of the deceased gunmen resided in Canoas, Zacatecas. While another enforcer originated out of Mezquital, Durango. Authority figures for the municipal police in Valaparaíso notified their counterparts in Durango of the events that transpired this Saturday.
In their law enforcement briefing they gave the tally of deaths for the aggression between these 2 cartels. These events occurred this Saturday afternoon within the borderlands of Valparaíso, Zacatecas and Mezquital, Durango.
Personnel from the Durango police corporations went to the scene to carry out their duties.

That's not the case. Mexico is a beautiful place to visit. There will be violence anywhere you go around the world no matter what. I say go ahead and visit. You should be alright.

The biggest blow was in Michoacan where the Chapulines flipped a place where Mencho put lots of time, effort and Money. But even then they still got something out of it. They went from having a presence in zero municipalities in Michaocan to having control of 20 to 30. With things looking way more favorable for CJNG now than just a year ago.
In Guanajuato they control 80% to 90% of the state they only need to control Celaya they still have people deep there, Salvatierra, Acambaro, somethings are happening in Moreleon looks like a bunch of chapulines flipped or are trying to flip. ReplyDeletePeople are acting like cjng is deep in Durango. This balacera happened in the area of Durango closest to Jalisco were Zacatecas borders Jalisco Nayarit and Durango. In that part of the sierra Durango is like 30 minutes away from Jalisco. A road from Zacatecas to Nayarit pases near canoas so it's an important area. Last year shortly after the video came out of cjng driving into Valparaiso town square there was a big shootout in Canoas Durango people were talking of possibly 100 dead people I don't know which side won that battle
