"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
The Secretariat of Citizen Security of Celaya (SSCC) reports that this afternoon, people injured by gunfire were reported by 911.
Antonio Rábago Street near the corner with Emilio Carranza street of the Suiza colony, elements of the Municipal Police went along with paramedics from the SSCC, who attended three people traveling on a black and red motorcycle.
Unfortunately, the three wounded, a man, a woman and a minor, died at the site, who so far haven’t been identified.
In the initial data collected, it’s known that the defendants were traveling in a gray SUV vehicle, in which they escaped after shooting at the three people riding the motorcycle.
After the event, an operation was implemented by the Municipal Police and monitoring of C4, which is maintained so far.
The Secretariat of Citizen Security of Celaya (SSCC) strongly condemns the aggression against civilians and will support with state and federal authorities to find those responsible.
