Morelos: Alleged Hitmen Of "El Señorón" Distributed Pantries And School Supplies

"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

Being one of the priority objectives of the government of Cuauhtémoc Blanco, a reward of up to 500,000 pesos is offered for information that allows the arrest of Francisco Javier Rodríguez Hernández

Minors can be observed with their transparent plastic bags full of school supplies.

This Thursday, users on social networks disseminated images and videos of heavily armed men distributing pantries and school supplies in the state of Morelos in the name of Francisco Javier Rodríguez Hernández, better known as Señorón, alleged operator for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG).

User @Jalisciense1c, on Twitter, posted a 10-second recording with photographs of the events. In them you can see minors with their clear plastic bags full of school supplies.

The bags have a black and white print signed by El Señorón with the image of a hand touching a tie. You can also see men with their faces covered, wearing black and brown fatigues and bulletproof vests distributing bags.

Dozens of people gathered to receive the gifts of the alleged drug trafficker. Some waited while others opened the packages and children played with balls.

In one of the photographs there is a long line of people formed.

Frank, Colombiano, XL, Señorón y/o Señorita are nicknames that were heard more and more frequently last year in Morelos, causing the government to look into this character.

According to information collected by the authorities, the nicknames belonged to a criminal leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel identified as Francisco Javier Rodríguez Hernández, who this Monday has become one of the priority targets of the government of Cuauhtémoc Blanco, which offers a reward of up to 500,000 pesos for information that leads to his arrest.

Hitmen distribute school supplies and pantries in Morelos

The State Coordination Table for Peacebuilding announced that this man is wanted for a qualified homicide order along with the crime of criminal association.

In 2020, three streets from the state governor's office, men dressed in black, bulletproof vests, police boots and balaclavas distributed pantries sent in support of merchants by the criminal leader El Señorón- as a result of the crisis unleashed by the coronavirus.

In social media accounts, frequently used by the narco to disseminate their information, it was assured that organized crime contributes to the emergency health crisis due to the virus.

The Morelos government announced a reward of half a million Mexican pesos for the capture of Francisco Javier Rodríguez, alias “El Señorón”

That same year, hitmen identified as members of El Señorón published on the Internet a recording in which men with tactical equipment interrogated two young men who hade been "kidnapped."

The victims confessed to dedicating themselves to the theft of women’s purses, motorcycles and cars. The young people were then shot dead. The execution was initialed: "Sincerely, The Lord."

Francisco Javier Rodríguez Hernández, better known as El Señoron, appeared on the police radar after the arrest in August 2019 of Santiago Mazari Miranda, alias El Carrete, leader of the criminal group Los Rojos, which maintained its operational base in Guerrero and Morelos.

The bags have a black and white print signed by "El Señorón" and with the image of a hand touching a tie.

The fall of El Carrete- who rose with blood and fire after the death of Arturo Beltrán Leyva - left a vacuum in Morelos that the CJNG tried to fill through alliances with small local mafias. At that time El Señorón was already known as the head of extortion and sale of drugs in various municipalities of Morelos.

Although last year, intelligence concerning this CJNG operator was mostly nonexistent, information was known about an alleged association of Francisco Javier with a PRD politician, who today is close to the government of Cuauhtémoc Blanco.

    1. The ones that stick out in my mind are Comandante Panochitas, known in English as Commander Pussy. I believe he was part of Gulf Cartel. And an obscure hit man called Comandante Rascatripas, known in English as Commander Gut Scratcher, this motherfucker literally lived up to his name with his victims.

    2. Why do Mexicans use nicknames for almost every person?

Reminds me of Brazil. All the futbol/soccer team is filled with dumb nicknames too.
