"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
The respective investigations were initiated by investigative police, after the discovery of two dead bodies on the Río Españita Boulevard of the Potosí capital, reported the Attorney General's Office of the State of San Luis Potosi (FGESLP).
The agents learned of this event during the morning of Wednesday, July 21, 2021, where it was indicated that on the road referred to near the Nicolás Romero bridge, there were two deceased men inside black bags.
Subsequently, the investigating elements corroborated the information and began the corresponding proceedings.
Expert Services personnel, when carrying out the lifting of the corpses, found the head of one of the dead inside a plastic bucket.
The victims were transferred to the Medical Law Service (Semele), where they will have the respective autopsy that will determine the real causes of their death.
Also at the crime scene, a cardboard that had a criminal message was secured, which was packed and taken along with other indications to the Scientific Deputy Prosecutor's Office where the respective analysis will be carried out.
The police maintain the field work to establish the identification of these people, while the investigation folder is integrated to clarify this double homicide.
