The Government of Mexico City offered protection to Azucena Uresti, as well as to all journalists threatened by organized crime, after their coverage in Tierra Caliente, Michoacán.
Why is it important? Through social networks, a video circulated in the name of Nemesio Oseguera, leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), in which he threatened the journalist and various media that have made favorable news coverage for the self-defense groups in Michoacán.
What was said? Claudia Sheinbaum, head of government of Mexico City, recognized that both the Government of Mexico and its own administration will provide the support that is required.
All our solidarity for Azucena (Uresti) as for any journalist who has a threat. They have to have all the state protection they require. We also offer the protection of the city. I know that the Federal Government is also offering all the support it requires. We hold our greatest solidarity with Azucena. As well send a greeting from here," he said in an interview at the conclusion of an event.
Mencho stated he didn't care of he was accused of femicide. It wouldn't be femicide if he kills her - it'd be plain murder cuz he wants her dead due to her 'biased' reporting. He'd want a male journalist dead for the same reason.
ReplyDeleteCanadian girl💋
Saw CNN on this report. Let's see if AMLO will actually protect this reporter. A shame many were neglected (deceased journalists) the security provisions promised by Mexico's government.
ReplyDeleteIn the end the reporter will meet her fate. Given the circumstances of El Mencho personaly speaking of will transpire. His money & reach of tentacles is noteworthy (killing).
Either respect the 4 LETTERS? Or FUCKING Die!!!⚰️⚰️ MUCHO RESPECT FOR SENOR MENCHO
