Elements of the Mexican Army

In June 2011, Cedeño Esquivias was pointed out as having alleged links with La Familia Michoacana, according to information from MVS Noticias published at that time.

The then Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (PGR) investigated "El Zorro" for his possible responsibility in the commission of crimes against health, organized crime and violation of the Federal Firearms Law.

The former police chief allegedly took advantage of his position to have access to inside information and update the members of the criminal group on the operations of the federal forces.

Cedeño Esquivias was arrested in the municipality of Álvaro Obregón by members of the Mexican Army on June 21, 2011 in possession of drugs and long weapons. He was later detained at the Federal Investigation Center of the Attorney General's Office in Mexico City, the Attorney General's Office announced at that time through a statement.

  2. Ministry of Security is embedded with the cartels, just like this person was. Never heard DR. Sol put out the latest article on the avacado farmers that were armed protecting the land, if the security ministry had the weapons taken away by the Army.
