"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
A group of armed men "kidnapped" a woman living in the Mexicali Valley and sexually abused her repeatedly, over a period of two weeks while keeping her captive.
The subjects were arrested in different operations between September 6 and 10, by elements of the State Security and Investigation Guard (GESI), which concluded that the three perpetrators of the crime belong to the operational cell of Felipe Eduardo Barajas Lozano, known as "El Omega", which operates in the Mexicali valley and the eastern area of the city.
The investigation carried out by GESI elements originated after the victim's release, from which all information will be omitted so as not to violate his integrity.
According to the data collected, the young woman was "kidnapped" while cleaning a house located in the Tabasco community, by heavily armed subjects traveling aboard a black pick-up.
The woman was taken to a home located in the Tepic community, owned by a subject known as "El Chicken" Ortiz, where she remained imprisoned for two weeks, where the criminals took the opportunity to commit lewd acts against her.
In addition, she was interrogated regarding the location of René, from "Los Garibay", and although she never gave more details, the Attorney General's Office (FGE) suspects that it is René Ledesma Jáuregui, hitman of Luis Alfredo Garibay Félix, known as "El Wicho", who was recruited by "Los Chapitos" to fight the plaza with "El Ruso", leader of the criminal group that operates in Mexicali.
After being released, the woman was supported by the authorities and in a matter of hours an operation was implemented in the home where she remained captive, located on Salvador Elizarrarás Street, between Ramal and José Mendoza, in the Tepic community.
The following individuals were detained there, Víctor Frausto Murillo, Newton Benjamín Elizarrarás and José Ricardo Guillén Escárcega, they were guarding four packages wrapped with tan-colored adhesive tape weighing 15 kilograms of methamphetamine; in addition to 13 packages wrapped in transparent paper, three ziploc bags and five clear bags, which contained 7.8 kilograms of methamphetamine.
It was established that the subjects respond directly to the criminal orders of two men, known as Rodrigo Martínez Serrano, alias "El Rigo", and Maximiliano Aispuro Álvarez, alias "El Max" from Culiacán, Sinaloa, one of the main operators in Mexicali of Jesús Alexander Sánchez Félix "El Ruso" and Felipe Eduardo Barajas Lozano, alias "El Omega".
The three detainees were presented for the crime of sexual abuse and kidnapping. However, following this capture, the investigators obtained data that culminated in the capture of three other alleged criminals identified as:
Ángel Guadalupe Martínez Camacho, alias "El Tatú"; Omar Abelino Angulo Montoya, alias "El Pariente; and Rodrigo Martínez Serrano, alias "El Rigo", when they were traveling through a Sánchez Taboada alley near the intersection of Ignacio Zaragoza Street, in the Ciudad Morelos community, in possession of small arms.
The six detainees are part of the criminal cell of "El Max", in charge of the distribution of drug dealing and hitmen in the East and Mexicali Valley area, under the orders of "El Omega", according to intelligence information available in the "Peace-Building Security Tables".
(They are presumed innocent, until their responsibility is declared by the judicial authority Article 13 of the National Code of Criminal Procedure)
The great CDS and its outstanding gentlemen!
ReplyDeleteAre you awake, it was the Omega Cartel v
Deletethat did this, wake up!
That's 1 groupie.... anymore?
DeleteIts only low level sicarios. Ruso doesn’t have Mayos support 😢😢😢😢😢😢
DeleteHope they all get fucked in the ass with no lube repeatedly
ReplyDeleteWould you believe after the mordidas is paid by the Cartel, they will be set free, to continue the life of crime.
DeleteThat lady they abused needs to leave the state and move to another. Those people have no mercy, more likely if they find her, it will be torture the murder.
Great catch but we all know after a bribe they will be set free. I recommend the lady to give all the facts of the crime to her lawyer.
ReplyDeleteThen move to another part of another city, and don't ever return to town, they will kill her, should she stay there. As we all know criminals have more rights.
CDS is known for that, women and teenage girls go missing in high numbers in all CDS plazas.
ReplyDeleteAnd so is CJNG aka baby Killer Cartel, And so is Los Omega in this case.
Delete8:50 look here groupie..
Deletesinaloa and Sonora have the most cases with girls killed and kidnapped.
CDS plazas.. FACT
7:23@ they are telling you other cartels create those crimes, ya such a hard head
Delete11:24 they correct you in here, and your outlandish remark is Groupie lol , take it with a grain of salt bro.
DeleteLol 1124 is the groupie
DeleteIs Ruso still even a faction of Mayo?
ReplyDeleteYes
DeleteJust like every other cartel serial killing serial rapists! They and all the rest have done it countless times. It’s accepted and glorified in the cartels. This poor woman is now scarred for life, and her life is in danger. She will receive no protection. But, the elites don’t have to worry. They are well protected. Arms for me NOT for thee! If any of these cartels were citizen protectors as they all lie and claim they would hunt down those who rape young girls and women and chop them up! They don’t because they all do these disgusting things. Cheering for the cartels is cheering for mass/serial rape on a scale not seen since Bosnia and Rwanda and Iraq and the Congo and South Africa. Congrats Mexican youth…hooray… your hero’s are rapists!
ReplyDelete.
There you are whitey coyote, people say you make tacos? Or are they joking?
DeleteYeah Whitey, this is a vomit inducing scenario. That poor woman, raped by meth fueled, angry men for 14days. Can you imagine? So effing sad, now after having the balls to report this, you know they have the address of family members etc. The group killed this woman already. Ugh Ms.H
Delete12:26 are you predicting the outcome of something, that has not happened. Perhaps this lady that survived, vis smarter than you think, she possibly already left the city. Yes I thing I do believe some of the arrested, will be out sooner than you think. Do you really think after raping her, and holding her captive against her will, will make all serve hefty time?
DeleteGood point-h
DeleteThe death penalty or at least "life without parole " is what they deserve.....however we all know that's not gonna happen in Mexico 🤷🏻♂️🥺
ReplyDeleteYes of course you horse I can clarify. But you have to talk to the cheerleaders, get a fundraiser going.
ReplyDeleteMake every single one of they monsters wear there balls as earnings. Scumrats
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable criminals making Mexico look bad.
ReplyDeleteClarify you Google it yourself lazy butt.
ReplyDeleteIdk Juarez is notoriously known for its femincide and rape of women much higher then I've ever heard in sinaloa
ReplyDeleteThat was like 10 years ago
DeleteDriving MSQL, I can't clarify re your statement/question, but it was a very good question. I'm curios as well. If I had an answer or decent guess I would def throw it out there for all to read. I learn a lot by reading the comments, though fully aware that NONE OF US really know what's going on and if we do, we know the answer will change in 24hrs time. Nothing is fixed in this game.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure why two people decided to be pricks or were offended that you asked a good question.
The questions that many of us wonder are not easily googled or easily answered without a ton of knowledge and an arsenal of background on any of these groups, guess and current and constantly changing alliances... This website fills a niche that few in the US are interested in and those of us that are interested probably spend too much time here or reading about DTO's in general. Keep asking questions because I'm hoping to learn a thing or as well. I know a fair amount but also am smart enough to know that I and none of us really know shit about what's really going on.
Yes, I'm a gringo sitting on my couch in the US with a keyboard in hand but have personal, violent experience with this stuff and more importantly a shit ton of empathy for what poor citizens in Mexico have to deal with. Please continue to ask questions as many of us have the same ones. Thanks, Ms.H
